Southdown Primary Schools 6th Annual Breast Cancer Walk

The Southdown Primary School community came together for its 6th Annual Breast Cancer Walk, demonstrating the compassion, generosity, and school spirit that make Huntington UFSD such a special community.

Thank you to the Southdown students, staff, families, and community members whose generous donations, time, and participation helped make this meaningful event a tremendous success. Their collective efforts supported an important cause while reinforcing the value of coming together to make a difference.

At Southdown, students are encouraged to embrace the motto, “Dream Big, Work Hard and Give Back.” Last Friday’s walk brought this message to life, providing students with a meaningful opportunity to learn that giving back begins with kindness, empathy, and a willingness to support others. Through experiences like this, our students discover that even small acts of generosity can have a lasting impact on individuals and the broader community.
