Sports Sign ups Continue for Fall Season Teams

As the fall athletic season draws closer, Huntington High School students are steadily signing up for participate in one of the sports programs. To date almost 200 students have signed up on Final Forms. Athletic officials believes about another 150 will ultimately register bringing the final number of fall season participants to about 350. Finley fall sports registration begins today, Monday, August 10.

Parents should visit the online Huntington UFSD Final Forms site: https://huntington-ny.finalforms.com. If you played on a team at Finley or the high school last year, there is no need for re-registration.

Final Forms is the only way to sign up for a fall season sport. If parents require any support they should scroll to the bottom of the Final Forms page and click on “Get Help” or send a message to Blue Devil athletic office assistant Nicole Haas at nhaas@hufsd.edu. Check the Parent Playbook, too.

Please note if you are creating an account: During the registration process, Final Forms will request General Student Information, including a unique student email address, which must be different than the parent/guardian email address. Parents can either use their child’s personal email address or their child’s Huntington UFSD email address.

The school doctor will be at the high school nurse’s office on Friday (August 14) to give free school sports physicals for students in grades 7-12. High school football players can take a free physical exam from 8-9 a.m. All other sports and grades can take physicals between 9-11 a.m.

Note: An interval health history form must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian and submitted the day of the exam. The form should be signed on page 3 by a parent/guardian.

The school doctor will be at Finley Middle School for physicals on Monday, August 31 from 8-9:30 a.m.

Varsity: Football, boys’ soccer, girls’ soccer, field hockey, boys’ golf, girls’ tennis, boys’ cross country, girls’ cross country, girls’ swimming and diving, girls’ volleyball, boys’ volleyball, girls’ gymnastics

Junior Varsity: Football, boys’ soccer, girls’ soccer, girls’ volleyball, girls’ tennis, boys’ golf
