Blue Devil Fall Athletic Season Dates Announced

Huntington UFSD has announced the fall season sports calendar of important dates, including the first day of tryouts for football, all other high school sports and J. Taylor Finley Middle School fall teams.

The high school football season will kick-off on Monday, August 18. All other varsity and JV high school sports will start on Monday, August 25. All Finley fall sports will start on Thursday, September 4.

All students must sign-up for participation through the Final Forms online platform. Those students who have already created an account do not need to do so again. They merely have to update their information and sign up for a sport beginning on the date listed below.

Parents must visit the online Huntington UFSD Final Forms site: https://huntington-ny.finalforms.com. Parents should create their account today if they haven’t already done so. The Parent Playbook available on the district website provides detailed directions on how to enroll as a parent/guardian as well as how to register student-athletes. Parents of athletes in grades 7-12 must register for a free account and sign their child up for sports through the account. It is the only way to sign-up for a spring season sport.

Final Forms allows parents to upload physical exam paperwork and complete and sign interval health history, athletic participation and parent consent forms for their child. Final Forms saves data from season to season and year to year so parents will never need to enter the same information twice. It will pre-populate information wherever possible for each student, thus save parents time.

Listed below are dates for free school doctor provided physical exams and sport requalification dates and times. All participants will be required to submit an interval health history form dated within 30 days of the start of the season. Parental consent forms must be signed by the first day of practice..

• Final Forms registration opens for all other high school fall sports

Monday, August 4

• Final Forms registration opens for all Finley fall sports

Thursday, August 14

• Mandatory JV & varsity football meeting 7:30 a.m.

• HHS sports physicals 8 a.m. (football only)

• 9 a.m. all other fall sports for high school and Finley students

• HHS sports requalification 9-10 a.m. (football only)

• 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. all fall athletes

• Huntington UFSD 2025/26 Coaches Meeting – 12 noon

Friday, August 15

• HHS Sports requalification: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
