Spotlight on Kids at Flower Hill Talent Show

Flower Hill Primary School students are similar to kids all over the world. They love to be on stage and the cherish every opportunity to show off their gifts and talents.

Flower Hill’s recent talent show was an evening filled with stage experiences for dozens of youngsters. These kids don’t know what stage fright is. They see the curtain open and the bright lines shine on them and adrenaline kicks in. It’s show time.

Not to be outdone by their students, Flower Hill faculty and staff members also took to the stage for a display of their own talents.

“It was a celebration of creativity, unity and the incredible diversity of talents that make Flower Hill shine,” Principal Cindy Siegel said.

Students rehearsed for several weeks so they could put on the best possible performance. Parents proudly watched as sons and daughters looked at ease as they sang, danced and acted and also displayed a long list of additional talents.

Fun nights at Flower Hill bring every segment of the school community together. The students never get tired of being with each other and none of them ever refuses a chance to go under the spotlight.

Encouraging students to be creative; to have confidence in themselves and to express themselves before a crowd is something that Flower Hill teachers do every school day.
