Washington’s October Award Winners are Spectacular

The fall is well underway and Washington Primary School students are maintain their strong performance. Principal Michelle Richards recently announced the October recipients of the Washington Winners awards.

“This month’s Washington Winners were able to be role models for their peers and the Washington school community,” Dr. Richards said. “They demonstrated the Washington Way throughout the month by being safe, respectful and responsible.”

The award recipients include Charlotte Jones, Jonas Sperzel, Leo Finlayson, Autumn Hawxhurst, Zylen Rivera, Dylan Baltodano Hernandez, Emma Bodnar, Amaya Cardenas, Philomena Heuman, Eleanor Storck, Leah Cortez, Nicholas Lopez, Jameson Gainey, Leo Royce, Makayla Madrid, Kian Pipia, Arcangel Castro Torrez, Fatima Cruz Lopez, Annie LaMendola, Colton Gainey and Jaslin Velasquez-Umanzor.

Numerous special events are on the horizon at Washington. A holiday boutique is set for December 4-5. Family Engagement Night is scheduled for December 4. Washington’s songfest will be held on December 18.

Washington Primary School is a bustling place. The student body is a melting pot of creeds, cultures and personalities all coming together in a wonderful display of brotherhood. Students genuinely love each other and work and play remarkably well together. The school’s PTA has always provided exceptional support for the faculty. Nestled in the southeast corner of Huntington UFSD, Washington’s grounds are spacious.
