The Class of 2024 will be led by seniors Katherine Estrada Morales (president), Zaida Correal (vice president), Reese Rinaldi (treasurer), Jordana Paniccia (recording secretary) and Hannah Song (public relations).

The Class of 2025 will be led by juniors Nina Fascilla (president), Elizabeth James (vice president), Janelee Gomez-Hernandez (treasurer), Molly O’Brien (recording secretary) and Iverson Menjivar Quintanilla (public relations).

The Class of 2026 will be led by sophomores Emma Gutierrez (president), Emma Boyle (vice president), Ruby Hoffman (treasurer), Carly Gallagher (recording secretary) and Katie Cocoman (public relations).

Elections for freshman class officers are also on the horizon. The incoming Class of 2027 is expected to be well represented.

Class faculty advisors and the school-wide student government advisors will be appointed by the Huntington School Board over the summer.

Among the first items on the new student government officers’ agenda will be assisting at the orientation program for incoming ninth graders as well as plans for the 2023 homecoming festivities.

“We want to thank all of our outgoing officers, particularly the seniors, for their service to the school and our community, most recently donating an entire busload of non-perishables and toiletries to local food pantries as part of student government’s annual Stuff the Bus food drive,” said David Moriarty, co-faculty advisor to the student government. Congratulations to our newly elected officers! They are already working hard to plan homecoming in the fall. Finley will be holding their elections soon to decide the incoming freshman officers.”
