Ms. Rinaldi is always striving to be the best version of herself. She plays on the varsity soccer, basketball and lacrosse teams while earning very good grades and participating in all aspects of life at Huntington High School

The teenager is enrolled in Advanced Placement Statistics, AP Biology, AP Literature and Composition, AP US Government and Politics, Spanish 5 Honors and Photography and she is engaged in a credit bearing internship involving the high school business program.

Ms. Rinaldi is also quite involved in the after school club program, including volunteering with Huntington’s Habitat for Humanity and Key Club chapters.

Secretary of the GO and treasurer of the Class of 2024, Ms. Rinaldi is also a member of both the National Honor Society and the Science Honor Society.

“I’m excited about participating in senior activities, finishing out my soccer season and my upcoming lacrosse season,” Ms. Rinaldi said. “I feel like we have a great roster and will be very good.”

Ms. Rinaldi is the starting goalie for the Blue Devil varsity girls’ soccer team this fall. She is playing well, witness that she compiled 27 saves during a two game stretch last month.

“My experience at Huntington has been nothing but amazing,” Ms. Rinaldi said. “I love all my teachers, friends and the community I am surrounded by. Being so involved has allowed me to create great memories and experiences.”

The senior has strong opinions and she isn’t bashful when it comes time for sharing them. She plays hard and plays to win and she holds herself to the highest possible standards.

“Over the summer I traveled to London and Pairs with my family,” Ms. Rinaldi said. “It was such an amazing trip and I was able to see so many amazing things. I also worked as a camp counselor and lifeguard.”

Ms. Rinaldi has been performing her due diligence as she tries to figure out which college is the best fit for her. “I am applying to plenty of schools to help keep my options open and in the future I am looking to become a lawyer,” she said.
