Huntington UFSD Hosting Non-Instructional Job Fair

Huntington UFSD is hosting a job fair for non-instructional positions on Saturday, March 18 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. in the Jack Abrams STEM Magnet School gymnasium. The building is located at 155 Lowndes Avenue in Huntington Station.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, including aides (health insurance benefits offered), three-hour lunch monitors, food service workers and substitute custodians.

All positions are New York State Employee Retirement System pension eligible.

The Huntington Union Free School District, is located in Western Suffolk County on the beautiful North Shore of Long Island, approximately an hour east of New York City. Approximately 4,200 students are educated in Huntington UFSD, from grades kindergarten - 12 and an additional 162 populate the district’s Universal Pre-K program. There are eight schools in the district, including four grades K-3 primary schools (Flower Hill, Jefferson, Southdown and Washington), two grades 4-6 intermediate schools (Jack Abrams STEM Magnet School and Woodhull Intermediate School), J .Taylor Finley Middle School (grades 7-8) and Huntington High School (grades 9-12).
