Cinderella on Stage at Finley on Friday & Saturday

March 16, 2023

The J. Taylor Finley Middle School drama club will present “Cinderella” on Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. with Deveren Flynn in the lead role. Rehearsals are nearly complete and the actors and stagehands can’t wait to perform for what is expected to be two sold out houses.

“We are excited to share this year’s drama club production of “Cinderella,’” said Finley music teacher Susan Graber, who serves as the drama club’s faculty advisor and is directing the show. “We have an enthusiastic group of students that have put a good deal of time and effort into the show. Students in the club take a lot of initiative to add themselves and their own ideas. Almost all of the design, painting and behind the scenes work was done exclusively by Finley students.”

Tickets can be reserved by emailing Mrs. Graber (sgraber@hufsd.edu) or purchased at the door for $10 for adults and $8 for students.

With Ms. Flynn in the lead role, the cast also features Michael DiVincenzo, Piper Davis, Beatrix Hopkins, Sena Knopf, Alexandra Boeckmann, Hanna Boyle, Bella Duke, Iliana Jarmolowski, Chelsea Drummings, Isaiah Bynum, Taylor Ranft, Taylor Peters, Millie Ciccotto, Emily St. Rose, Lauren Dopico, Catalina Chanlatte, Veda Gross, Gus Panagacos, Norah Moskowitz, Eva Richter, Karina Rodriguez, Ella Van Horn, Alice Hammerquist, Lily Buscemi and Ghemie Cantave.

The stage crew includes Mea Andrea, Samantha Jandres Benitez, Ricardo Berry, Giana Brady, Ali Brady, Charlie Broderick, Harmony Cantave, Kelly Cisneros, Charles Dorchester, Mia Eineman, Janita Files, Violetta Fox, Hillary Galvez, Anya Goleski, Isabella Goutevnier, Greyson Henderson, Miranda Kinlaid, Eli Levi, Gabriella LoScalzo, Nico Meloni, Marilyn Mendoza, Noelle Otto, Ella Palatnek, Sara Persampire, Isaac Ramirez, Christina Ray, Gabe Salinas, Audrey Sherwood and Charlie Stanforth.

“We can’t wait to share with the community all of our hard work and talents,” Mrs. Graber said.
