Boys’ basketball intramurals are underway in Huntington UFSD. Two nights are set aside for students in grades 9-12 and a second set of two nights are reserved for the J. Taylor Finley Middle School seventh and eighth graders.

All Huntington UFSD boys’ enrolled in grades 7-12 are invited to participate in the free program. These school sponsored sessions will include general conditioning and training along with an opportunity to learn more about the sport of basketball.

Finley seventh and eighth graders can participate in the program on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Jack Abrams STEM Magnet School. Participants should come dressed ready to play and arrange for transportation home no later than 8:30 p.m.

Attendance at all sessions is not required. Participants can attend when it is convenient.

Those in grades 9-12 can participate in the program on Monday night’s at Finley Middle School and on Wednesday evening’s at Jack Abrams STEM Magnet School from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The program will be supervised by Huntington UFSD basketball coaches.
