Flower Hill’s Standout Students for February

Flower Hill Star Student Award honorees are a hardworking group of youngsters.

March 7, 2022

Flower Hill Primary School students are just full of love. That’s a constant, but it was never more evident than throughout the month of February.

Was it due to Valentine’s Day being smack in the middle of the month on February 14 or is just the way it is? Who knows? But all that love was plainly obvious as the youngsters went about their daily routines and responsibilities around the building each day.

Flower Hill’s Stars Students of the Month Award recipients are an especially noteworthy group of young people, demonstrating their love, admiration and respect for their classmates and the faculty and staff that work with them each day.

“Each one stood out with their kindness, respect and all-out wonderful choices,” Flower Hill Principal Lucia Laguarda said.

February’s honorees include:

Kindergarten: Chris Aparicio Moreira, Brooke Bergmann, Mina Rodriguez, Dalinsy Estrada Rodriguez
First grade: David Casey, Sarah Palacios-Jimenez, Kennedy Ballard, Meraris Jimenez Redondo, Julian Marcano; Morgan Pallack
Second grade: Darlyn Lara Mojica, Alexandra Spathis, Rosa Moreira Moreira, Melanie Munoz Oliva, Benjamin Gleason
Third grade: Autumn Moskowitz, Abigail Diaz Santos, Charli Bond, Litzy Segovia Espinoza, Elias Liz Inoa, Phoebe Poli

With less than four months remaining in the 2021/22 school year, Flower Hill’s 300 students are all more committed than ever to giving their best effort, day in and day out and to enjoying this special time in their lives. School personnel are just as dedicated to providing each of the youngsters with a memorable, rewarding and meaningful experience.
