The parents of Huntington High School boys’ and girls’ lacrosse players are throwing a fundraiser on Sunday, March 6 at Repeal XVIII from 2-6 p.m. Donation is $20 cash at the door.
Repeal XVIII is located at 30 New Street in Huntington Village. Dozens of parents and alumni are expected to attend the event. The entire community is invited to attend.

The varsity and junior varsity boys’ teams will be coached by Julian Watts, Andrew Gutierrez, Patrick Reilly, Anthony Troffa and Michael Corcoran. Travis Smith and Jonathan Oliveri will coach the team at J. Taylor Finley Middle School.
The varsity and junior varsity girls’ teams will be coached by Shea Scully, Katie Reilly, Christopher Taylor, Chiara Maimone and Lauren Blackburn. Hildi Stanford and Greg Dieterich will coach the girls’ team at Finley.
The Blue Devil boys’ and girls’ varsity teams are among the most highly regarded in Suffolk. The season kicks off officially on Monday, March 14. Games will follow shortly thereafter.
Monies generated at the fundraiser will be used by the two program to enhance the player and competitive experience. Huntington parents have a long history of holding a pre-season fundraising event to benefit the lacrosse programs.
Several raffles and a 50/50 drawing are expected to add to the monies raised during the event.
