The Huntington School District’s adult and continuing education program’s spring brochure is now available. Registration is available through US Mail, in person on Tuesday, February 2 from 6-9 p.m. in the Huntington High School lobby or online by clicking on this link: https://bit.ly/3s80Ptj
To view the spring semester’s course bulletin online, log onto the district website at www.hufsd.edu. Scroll down to Daily Downloads and then click on the link for the brochure under Events & Upcoming Dates or go to Main Navigation on the top left and then to School Community; click on Continuing Education. Scroll down to Continuing Education Documents. Select Spring Program Documents. The brochure is posted there and can also be downloaded.
A registration form is included in the spring brochure. The form along with a check payable to HUFSD should be mailed to Adult Education, HUFSD, PO Box 1500, Huntington, NY 11743. Registration and checks must be received prior to the first class.

There are also courses offered through Western Suffolk BOCES, including Adult Basic Education (GED) and classes in English as a Second Language. The course fees are $25.
Regular course fees are set at $20 for those residents aged 60 or over (except for those classes marked limited or no senior discount), $60 for other district residents and $70 for those living outside the Huntington School District. Fees can vary based on the specific course and the duration of the class. (One day seminars can run as little as $10 for residents.)

Should inclement weather postpone in-person registration on Tuesday, February 2, it will be rescheduled for Tuesday, February 9 in the high school lobby from 6-9 p.m.
The Adult Education program office is open at the high school on Monday through Thursday from 6-9 p.m. while classes are in session.
