The fall athletic season officially gets underway on Monday, August 22 at Huntington High School. Student-athletes can choose from among 11 different sports, including gymnastics for the first time since the 1980s.

The Blue Devils will sponsor 11 varsity and seven junior varsity teams during the fall season.
Student must be cleared by high school nurse Linda Amarante prior to the first practice. A physical exam report within 12 months of the season must be on file in the nurse’s office as well as an interval health history summary dated within 30 days of August 22. Athletes should give their coach a signed parent consent form at the first practice.
Every student needs to get re-qualified by the school nurse prior to each sport season. The nurse can only clear a student-athlete who has the following forms on file:

All Blue Devil sports student-athletes are also required to submit a blue parent permission form to their coach no later than the first day of tryouts/practice.
