Huntington High School Yearbook Club Needs Help

The Huntington High School Yearbook Club is reaching out for help.

March 23, 2019

With the worldwide tumult that COVID-19 has brought, the Huntington High School Yearbook Club needs help in putting the final touches on the 2020 edition of “The Huntingtonian.”

“At this time, we are asking for everyone that is able, to please help the Yearbook Club complete an alternative version of the yearbook,” wrote faculty advisors Elizabeth Casazza and Kristin Fortunato in a plea to parents and parents. “As you are aware, postponement of the various events that normally are featured have left us with several blank pages.”

Here’s how you can help:

Grades 9-12

“We are asking that you send photos for the yearbook,” the advisors wrote. “Help us capture this unique time in your lives. Please send us a picture of yourselves while remote learning. Upload pictures no later than next Thursday, March 26 using the following link: http://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/?code=4579.”

Spring Sports

“Athletes, despite the postponement of the spring season, we are hoping you can send us any pictures you may have previously taken during a practice of yourself or your teammates or you practicing at home,” according to the advisors. “Check your camera roll and upload pictures no later than next Thursday, March 26 to: http://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/?code=4579.”

Legacy Page (Seniors Only)

“Did your mom or dad graduate from Huntington High School?” asked the advisors. “Send a picture of yourself and parent(s) if they are an alumni. Please include the year they graduated. If you can get their senior picture, even better! Upload the pictures no later than next Thursday, March 26 to: http://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/?code=4579.”

Seniors “Around Town”

“In an effort to add more memories to the yearbook, we are asking that you submit any pictures you may have of yourself and friends around town,” the advisors said. “Highlight your favorite spots! Check your camera roll and upload pictures no later than next Thursday, March 26 to: http://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/?code=4579.”
