Thompson, who plays attack, notched 54 goals and 50 assists this season. She is headed to Lafayette College on a lacrosse scholarship.
"Getting the award really made me realize that high school is so close to being over because my last lacrosse season is coming to an end," Thompson said. "I was honored to be chosen for this award as only a few people have received it."
Reilly, who plays midfield, has signed a national letter of intent to play lacrosse at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. He has tallied 25 goals and 10 assists so far this spring.
"I am very honored to receive the alumni award," Reilly said. "I know some very great people have received the award before me and now I'm part of that special group. I think our season has been going great and we have exceeded expectations for sure. We really came together as team and we all have equal and important rolls on this team with has got us all the wins that we have. I couldn't be happier especially since it's my last year playing for the high school."
Greenhill has been brilliant in goal for the Blue Devils this year. The teenager has recorded 176 saves through the first 17 games. He has accepted a scholarship to play lacrosse at Rutgers University.
"It's an honor to win the lacrosse alumni award," Greenhill said. "I know that Pat Reilly and I have worked very hard to receive this award. This has been a very special season for me and the team. This is the first time since 2007 that we've had a home playoff game, which is awesome because we've put so much into getting this far. We're taking it game-by-game and hopefully we can bring another county championship back to Huntington."
The four current Blue Devils received their awards during halftime of the recent alumni game, which was held in Blue Devil Stadium. It was preceded by the Huntington varsity boys' lacrosse team's 15-2 victory over visiting Hampton Bays.
