Tickets Available for Huntington Booster Club Dinner at Indian Hills
Tickets are available for a dinner the Huntington Booster Club is throwing in honor of its membership on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the group's reorganization. The affair will be held on Columbus Day, Monday, October 10 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Indian Hills Country Club in Northport.
Tickets are priced at $100 for the dinner, which will pay tribute to Booster Club's members and financial supporters. Proceeds from the day will go toward the organization's efforts to provide annual scholarships, fund team grants, purchase equipment not covered by regular school budget appropriations, offer a comprehensive athletic summer camp program and a number of related initiatives.
The dinner will be preceded by the Booster Club's annual golf outing, which will begin with check-in, lunch and practice on the driving range from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., when a shotgun start will kick-off the action. A scramble format will be utilized. The fee for individual golfers is $250 (Foursome - $1,000). The golf fee includes the dinner, too.
