Holiday Hoops Girls' Basketball Clinic on Dec. 27
The Huntington High School girls' basketball staff has organized a "holiday hoops" basketball clinic for Tuesday, December 27 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. The clinic is open to students from third through eighth grades.
"Whether you are a beginner or veteran basketball player, come meet the Blue Devil coaching staff and improve your basketball skills," states a promotional flyer. "The clinic will provide a hardworking and fun environment that will allow players to improve in passing, dribbling, shooting, defense, conditioning and ball handling, as well as developing team concepts."
The clinic fee is set at $35. The Blue Devil staff includes head coach Mike Kaplan, assistant coach Marissa Bergmann and junior varsity coach Danielle DeAngelis. Participants will receive a basketball t-shirt. All proceeds from the clinic will go to support the Huntington girls' basketball program.
Checks should be made payable to: Huntington Girls' Basketball. Send payment along with name, age, grade, school, home address, phone number, email address, mother's/father's cell phone number, emergency contact name and phone number to: Huntington High School, Athletic Office, Attn: Girls' Basketball, 188 Oakwood Road, Huntington, New York, 11743. Payment is due on or before December 27.
