Beat the Odds Night for Marching Band
To help keep the Blue Devil band marching, the Huntington Band Parents Assn. has organized Beat the Odds Night on Thursday, May 12 from 7-11 p.m. at The Inn at Fox Hollow in Woodbury. The casino-style event is already drawing a great deal of community interest.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Blue Devil marching band. Tickets are on sale for $80 per person or $150 per couple. The RSVP deadline is May 5.
There will be a lavish refreshments and hors d'oeuvres hour along with an elegant full three-course dinner and assorted beverages throughout the affair, which will be held in the Fox Hollow's stunning Garden Room. White glove service will be provided.
Casino-style gaming will provide plenty of entertainment and fun. Participants will be given $10 in "play money" to get started. Prizes will include autographed sports memorabilia, Broadway tickets, shopping sprees and more.
To secure tickets make a check payable to "Huntington BPA" in the appropriate amount and mail it to either Lisa LoScalzo (7 Skyline Drive, Huntington, NY 11743) or Jennifer Petrozzo (19 East Neck Road, Huntington, NY 11743) or place it in the "Band Box" in one of the Huntington School District buildings.
