Blue Devil Band Hosting
Home Show on Oct. 17

The famed Huntington High School Blue Devil marching band will host a spirited competition featuring many of the top school bands from across Long Island and Westchester on Sunday, October 17 from 12-4 p.m. on the field at Blue Devil Stadium. A large crowd is expected to attend.
For those who have before attended such a show, the performances are dramatic, fast-moving and colorful, with hundreds of student musicians and color guard members taking the field. The booming sounds and colorful pageantry routinely leaves many in the crowd in awe.
This year's field includes Deer Park, Manhasset, Hicksville, Islip, Levittown Division Avenue, Lindenhurst, Floral Park, Garden City, Brentwood, Copiague and Port Chester. Judges will award coveted trophies to the top performing bands.
The Blue Devil band will present an exhibition performance at the family-friendly United States Scholastic Band Association event. Admission is $6 and there will be of an assortment of foods and refreshments available at the field concession.
